John Griffo is the Founder & Principal of Engelberg Consulting, a strategic finance and enterprise advisory platform focused on aerospace, innovation-driven sectors, and complex growth environments.
With more than 25 years of finance leadership experience, John has advised organizations through capital formation, operational scaling, acquisitions, enterprise transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.
His background combines Big 4 transaction advisory experience with finance leadership across public company, capital-intensive, and high-growth business environments.
Most recently at XTI Aerospace (Nasdaq: XTIA), John played a key leadership role in the company’s transition into the public markets through a reverse merger, helping lead public-company finance infrastructure development, SOX compliance, capital markets execution, enterprise finance transformation, and strategic transactions. During that period, the company completed a transformational acquisition, executed a significant divestiture, and raised more than $150 million in equity and debt capital.
John’s experience spans strategic finance, capital markets initiatives, M&A execution and integration, FP&A, liquidity planning, financial transformation, and helping leadership teams strengthen decision-making infrastructure during periods of organizational change.
